Lynne Andrews


Lynne Andrews is a seasoned, independent PR professional with more than 20 years experience producing successful public relations and marketing communications programs for the healthcare, retail/franchise, logistics/supply chain and tradeshow industries. As President of Marketing Expectations, Inc., Lynne focuses on strategic planning, media relations, new product development, executive speaker placements, crisis communications, press kit development, trade show programming and writing/editing for her clients.

Lynne has participated and implemented successful national publicity campaigns, new product launches, crisis management and marketing communications programs for national and international business-to-business, healthcare and consumer clients including: Accuray™ makers of CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System, The Dinner A’Fare, COMNEXIA™, Cardinal Logistics Management, Spa Sydell, Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk & Fitness Program, Vitronic Machine Ltd, and many more.

She has deep roots in media relations having worked with national reporters and editors at a wide range of media outlets including: CNN, Town & Country, Associated Press, ABC News, Wall St. Journal, New York Times, Reuter’s, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Better Homes & Garden, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Entrepreneur Magazine and many others. Awarded the prestigious Golden Flame by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for media and marketing excellence, Lynne also has received numerous awards by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She is the recipient of the Best of Show award by the Georgia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations (GSHMPR), their highest honor for overall marketing communications excellence.

Lynne founded Marketing Expectations, Inc., an Atlanta-based independent public relations and communications firm, in 1998, securing her first contract with Northside Hospital – the Southeast’s largest women’s hospital. Directing marketing, PR and special events for the grand opening of the new $34 million Northside Hospital Women’s Center, Lynne garnered significant media coverage and consumer awareness for her client. One of Lynne’s strongest talents lies in crisis management having served as hospital spokesperson for some of metropolitan Atlanta’s largest hospitals and busiest trauma centers including: Grady Hospital, Kennestone Hospital, Cobb Hospital & Medical Center and Northside Hospital. She also played a key role in the 1994 successful launch of PROMINA Health System – Atlanta’s first and largest vertically integrated health delivery systems.

Lynne holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism with a double major in Public Relations and Radio/TV/Film production from the University of Georgia.
